Embrace the unexpected.
Working closely with Brand Communication & Digital Design, I was commissioned to create an asset bank that reflected Philips’ new Employer Value Proposition (EVP), Embrace the Unexpected. As well as identifying and interviewing employees for the campaign, I co-developed a set of EVP brand guidelines, which were rolled out across all markets for talent acquisition and internal comms.
